Inventors' Bid To DQ 6 Firms In Patent Suit Denied By Judge
A Georgia federal judge on Thursday denied a request that she disqualify six law firms, including Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, from a case in which a woman claims her former employer stole her invention, finding that there is insufficient evidence of a conflict of interest.
