Uber Looks To Arbitrate Driver's Background Check Claims
Uber Technologies Inc. wants a suit lodged by a Boston cab driver in California federal court sent to arbitration, saying on Friday his proposed class action alleging the company violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act by running background checks without authorization was barred by an agreement the driver signed with the car service.
