A California federal judge on Monday granted California winery White Oak Vineyard & Winery LLC's request to enjoin Florida vodka maker White Oak Spirits LLC from using its White Oak trademark, ruling the Ninth Circuit has not recognized a distinction between wine and spirits in trademark cases.
