The attorney general of Massachusetts urged the First Circuit on Tuesday to side with a group of FedEx drivers fighting to revive their proposed class action, backing the workers' arguments that the shipping giant misclassified them as independent contractors and that the drivers should not have to pay certain expenses associated with their work.
