Winston & Strawn Faces DQ Bid In Dell Audio Tech IP Suit
A technology licensing company suing Dell over alleged infringement of three audio compression patents asked a Virginia federal judge on Monday to disqualify Winston & Strawn LLP from representing Dell in the case, saying a partner at the firm previously represented the licensing company in similar matters regarding the patents at issue.
