The U.S. Department of Homeland Security told a Washington, D.C., federal judge Friday that American Logistics International LLC lacks standing to challenge the agency's decision to deny EB-5 investor visas to more than a dozen U.S. resident aliens, saying no final decisions have yet been made.

Homeland Security Facing Suit Over Investor Visa Denials
American Logistics International LLC filed suit in D.C. federal court on Monday against the Department of Homeland Security, alleging that the agency has capriciously chosen to deny EB-5 investor visas to more than a dozen U.S. resident aliens.
