$7.5M Wal-Mart Same-Sex Benefits Settlement Gets Early OK
A federal judge in Boston on Friday said he would grant preliminary approval to a $7.5 million class action settlement with Wal-Mart Stores Inc. workers who were unable to get benefits for their same-sex spouses, while slightly tweaking the attorneys' fees in the deal.
