Cohen Milstein, Hagens Berman To Lead Panasonic Suit
Saying bigger is better, a California judge on Monday appointed attorneys from Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC and Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP as interim lead counsel in a proposed class action accusing Panasonic of rigging prices of resistors, the components in cell phones and other electronic devices.

Panasonic Hit With Price-Rigging Claims Over Resistors
Panasonic Corp. was accused in a proposed class action lodged by Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy LLP in California federal court Thursday of rigging prices of resistors, components present in cell phones, televisions and just about every other electronic device, following similar litigation over capacitors, another top-selling Panasonic device.
