Kerr-McGee Corp. told the Second Circuit on Monday that a group of 4,300 Pennsylvania residents trying to bring toxic tort claims against the company can't appeal a court order forcing them to drop their suit, saying a $5.15 billion contamination settlement reached during the bankruptcy of its former subsidiary blocks the claims.
