Circuit on Tuesday nixed United Airlines Inc. and UPS Fuel Services Inc.'s challenge of a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission decision that it had no authority to force Enterprise TE Products Pipeline Co. LLC to continue shipping petroleum products, saying the companies lacked standing to challenge the decision.
