FDA Must Redesign Tobacco Warnings By March 2020
A Massachusetts federal judge has ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to finalize a congressionally mandated new rule to create graphic, full-color tobacco warning labels by March 2020, more than a year earlier than the deadline the agency had proposed.
