Comcast Hit With Consumer Suit Over Billing Practices
A former Comcast customer lodged a proposed class action in Pennsylvania federal court on Thursday accusing the telecom giant of unfair business practices such as overbilling, misrepresenting the basis for certain charges and illegally imposing "phantom" charges on customers who canceled their accounts.
