Walmart Worker Fired Over Medical Marijuana Wins Bias Suit
An Arizona federal judge chided Walmart Inc. for having a "'complete and bright line' disregard" for anti-discrimination protections in the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act when it fired an employee who has been prescribed medical marijuana, but was not proven to be impaired on the job.
