Past Settlement Can't Help Concessionaire Duck Class Action
A California federal judge Tuesday declined to dismiss a proposed class action accusing a catering company of labor law violations, including failing to provide adequate meal and rest breaks to employees, saying that the claims are not the same as the ones addressed by an earlier wage-and-hour settlement involving the company.
