VW Can't Dodge Suit Over Spontaneously Shattering Sunroofs
Volkswagen will have to face a proposed class action alleging it knowingly sold vehicles with spontaneously shattering sunroofs, after a California federal judge on Tuesday said the buyers had provided adequate evidence that the German automaker knew about the defect.
