Westinghouse Estate Can Sue US Trustee For $5M Fee Refund
Westinghouse's wind-down entity won permission Monday to reopen the nuclear energy giant's reorganization case and file an adversary lawsuit against the U.S. Trustee's Office, which, it alleges, overcharged the company by about $5 million in unconstitutional bankruptcy fee increases authorized by Congress in 2017.
