GE Beats Investors' Stock-Drop Suit Over $22B Write-Down
A New York federal judge on Thursday tossed a suit from investors claiming General Electric Co. concealed problems with a gas turbine and delayed a $22 billion charge, finding that investors hadn't adequately alleged the company intentionally made material misstatements or omissions ahead of a drop in its stock prices.
