Finjan Holds Onto Antivirus Patent In Fight With ESET
The Federal Circuit on Monday upheld a Patent Trial and Appeal Board decision that ESET LLC failed to prove that a Finjan computer antivirus patent is invalid, dismissing ESET's argument that it faced "undeserved prejudice" from the board, a claim Finjan called "simply nonsense."
