7th Circ. Sends Pronoun Firing Suit Back To Trial Court
The Seventh Circuit overturned its own April ruling that shut down a Christian teacher's lawsuit claiming he was forced to resign because he wouldn't use transgender students' preferred pronouns, kicking the case back to an Indiana trial court in light of a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision.
