Judge OKs Fees For Talc Lawyers In J&J Unit's First Ch. 11
A New Jersey bankruptcy judge has told counsel for talc tort claimants in the original Chapter 11 of Johnson & Johnson's talc spinoff they are due hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees and expenses, saying the payment was justified by the "extraordinary" circumstances of the case.
