Mich. Court Won't Rethink Order In Frozen Benefits Fight
A Michigan federal judge won't reconsider his earlier decision denying a request by the United Auto Workers to stop the state's Unemployment Insurance Agency from freezing benefits before making a final determination and without notifying claimants, saying Thursday the union didn't show the court made a mistake.
