Hyundai Unit Made Relocation Promise, Dealership Claims
A Hyundai dealership told a Michigan federal court not to toss its promissory estoppel, inducement of fraud and breach of contract claims against two Hyundai units, arguing that it has sufficiently claimed it was promised support for its relocation to Novi, Michigan, and that its claims should proceed to discovery.

A luxury Hyundai brand says it can't be held in breach of contract with a Michigan dealership over a new location the dealership claims Genesis Motor Co. failed to deliver, arguing it never actually signed off on a new location and therefore no agreement was broken.
