Huawei and ADVA on Friday agreed to jointly dismiss a lawsuit in the Eastern District of Texas that alleged the sanctioned Chinese company Huawei is demanding "exorbitant" royalty rates to license integral international telecommunications patents as part of a conspiracy with the Chinese government.
