Travel Insurer Asks 9th Circ. To Ax 'Irrational' Fee Suit Award
A travel insurance company and affiliated groups urged the Ninth Circuit to send a partially certified class action against them back to district court, arguing that an arbitration award in one class representative's favor should be vacated as it was "based solely on [the arbitrator's] feeling that arbitration was impractical."
