Target Can't Escape Claims Over Deceptive 'Clean' Label
A California federal judge on Wednesday said that Target Corp. still has to face class claims that its Target Clean range of beauty products actually contain chemicals that harm humans and the environment, saying the allegations are a bit "unique" and are not typical product liability claims.

'Target Clean' Products Contain Harmful Chemicals, Suit Says
Target Corp. profits off customers' desires to find cleaner products by creating and "over-using the 'Target Clean'" symbol of approval on a range of beauty products that actually contain chemicals that are harmful to humans and the environment, alleges a proposed class action filed Tuesday in Minnesota federal court.
