Boss Harassed Worker Over African Ancestry, EEOC Alleges
A mailroom supervisor for an Oklahoma-based printing firm repeatedly harassed a subordinate, including calling her reprehensible names, after learning of her African ancestry, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission told an Oklahoma federal court Friday.
