   ORDER GRANTING ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT (DKT. 14 ) AND DISMISSING CASE WITH PREJUDICE [JS-6] by Judge Michelle Williams Court, re Stipulation for Judgment, 14 : The Court is in receipt of the Joint Stipulation for Judgment as to All Parties re 50 percent of Life Insurance Proceeds Payable to the Trust filed by Petitioner Catherine Foley Thompson ("Stipulation"), which is signed by all parties who have appeared in the action. Dkt. No. 14. The Court accordingly ORDERS the following: 1. The Stipulation (Dkt. No. 14) is GRANTED; 2. Respondent and Interpleader Plaintiff Bankers Life and Casualty Company ("Bankers Life") SHALL pay the sum of $126,034.21 in as check made payable to "The Thompson and Foley Thompson Family Trust dated June 25, 2025" (the "Check") which SHALL delivered to counsel for the Trust within fourteen (14) days after the entry of this Order; 3. Upon successful negotiation of the Check, Bankers Life SHALL be DISCHARGED from liability to Interpleader Counterclaim Defendants. 4. The Trust and Jack are ENJOINED and RESTRAINED. 5. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), the above-entitled matter and all claims herein are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. 6.
