ORDER: The Court has reviewed the Parties' 609 Statement regarding a proposed plan for filing and briefing Motions to Dismiss and sets the briefing schedule as follows: Defendants' Three (3) Motions to Dismiss shall be filed within 35 days of the date of this Order. Plaintiffs shall have 21 days from the date of filing to file Responses, and Defendants shall have 21 days from the date of the filing of the Responses to file Replies.
The Motions to Dismiss and Responses are limited to 45 pages, and the Replies are limited to 20 pages.
