MINUTE entry before the Honorable Daniel P. McLaughlin: The Court has reviewed the parties' joint status report 900 . As for expert discovery, the parties advise that they agreed to extend the deadline to exchange opening expert reports to 6/26/26 and to exchange rebuttal reports by 8/25/26. The parties indicate that they have further agreed to exchange their damages experts' rebuttal reports by 9/1/26. The parties advise that the revised deadlines allow them to incorporate into their expert reports certain recently produced supplemental claims data from Plaintiffs. The Court clarifies that the close of expert discovery shall remain 10/9/26. The parties are to file a further joint status report by 10/13/26.
