CONSENT ORDER GRANTING SUBSTITUTION OF ATTORNEY granting 211 Motion to Substitute Attorney. Defendant The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela ("Venezuela") and the undersigned counsel hereby stipulate and consent that, subject to approval by this Court, the law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP (and the undersigned attorneys from Greenberg Traurig) will be substituted as counsel of record for Venezuela in place of Vinson & Elkins LLP (and the undersigned attorneys from Vinson & Elkins) (appointed and instructed by the Committee for Administration and Protection of Assets). Upon entry of this order, Vinson & Elkins LLP's appearance in this matter is withdrawn, Greenberg Traurig LLP's is entered, and Greenberg Traurig will assume the responsibility for representing Venezuela in this matter going forward. Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 1.4(b), incoming counsel from Greenberg Traurig do not at this time seek modification of any existing deadlines or dates for court appearances in this case. SO ORDERED. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion at ECF No. 211 and the appearance of Vinson & Elkins, LLP from the docket.
