ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S EX PARTE APPLICATION TO EXTEND THE DISCOVERY DEADLINE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 9, 2026 85 AND PROVIDING A DATE FOR DECISION RE: PENDING MOTIONS TO DISMISS by Judge Serena R. Murillo. The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint request for decision. Dkt. 76. Due to the voluminous influx of emergency filings over the past six months, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65 which implicate Due Process and liberty protections of individuals in this District which take precedence, motions that do not allege such matters have been prioritized accordingly. A ruling on the pending motion will be rendered by 30 days. Regarding the Ex Parte Application, Plaintiff fails to argue that he will be prejudiced if the Ex Parte Application is denied. Because Plaintiff has not met either requirement for ex parte relief, such relief is not justified here, and the Ex Parte Application is DENIED. Dkt. 85 . (lom)
