PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants' Unopposed Motion for an Extension of Time to Answer, Move, or Otherwise Plead. 12 . Therein, Defendants seek a thirty-day extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint (ECF No. 1) as recently retained defense counsel requires "additional time to evaluate the claims and allegations." See (ECF No. 12) at 2. Plaintiff does not oppose the requested relief. Id. at 3. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion 12 is GRANTED.
