(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER RE STATUS REPORT by Judge John A. Kronstadt: Based on a review of the Joint Report on the Status of the Ninth Circuit Interlocutory Appeal (Dkt. 234 ), within one week of the issuance of the Ninth Circuit's mandate, the parties shall meet and confer regarding further pretrial scheduling in this matter and then submit a joint report regarding their collective and/or respective positions on that issue. If the parties disagree on certain dates for the same event, the joint report shall include a Schedule A to Order Setting Rule 16(b)(/26(f) Scheduling Conference. See Dkt. 18 at 45. The joint report shall also include their collective and/or respective positions as to whether any efforts to settle this matter would be productive, and if so, the preferred process. See id. at 40. Based on a review of that joint report, a determination will be made as to whether to set a status conference on the scheduling of further proceedings, or to issue an updated scheduling order.
