Defendants' brief in opposition to Motion to Complete the Administrative Record, previously set for 8/14/2026, shall be filed by 9/24/2026 or three weeks after the Court of Appeals issues a decision. Hearing previously set for 8/18/2026 is CANCELED. 339 Motion for Leave to File Reply Brief GRANTED.
