OPINION & ORDER: For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiffs' Case File Request is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART as follows: 1. Plaintiffs' request to compel City Defendants to produce the City Case Files, in whole or in part, for 25 children, is DENIED. 2. Plaintiffs' request to compel State Defendant to produce the States Case Files, in whole or in part, for fourteen children, is DENIED. 3. Plaintiffs and City Defendants shall meet and confer to select two (2) children for whom City Defendants shall produce complete case files. 4. Plaintiffs and State Defendant shall meet and confer to select two (2) children from whom State Defendant shall produce complete case files. 5.
