ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO AMEND FINAL ORDER - Plaintiff's motion is - like his complaint in this case - frivolous. When his complaint was dismissed, Plaintiff was warned that continued frivolous litigation in this Court could subject him to sanctions. Plaintiff is again admonished to stop filing frivolous papers in this Court and is warned - for the fourth time - that ignoring this admonishment may result in sanctions, including a restriction on his ability to file papers in this Court.
