Marshall Babson Almost 10 years ago, I asked in an article,[1] when are employers, unions and workers going to sit down together to discuss the economic imperatives facing them in the first quarter of the 21st century? I, along with the rest of the country, am still waiting for an answer. That discussion has not taken place, at least not in a meaningful and constructive way.
