STIPULATION AND PROTECTIVE ORDER...regarding procedures to be followed that shall govern the handling of confidential material... The Court appreciates this update from the parties. Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint in this action, if any, by no later than August 24, 2026. Additionally, the parties state that they have agreed to extend the deposition deadline to October 30, 2026. However, as far as the Court is aware, the current deadline for fact discovery is set for October 9, 2026. (Dkt. No. 26). The parties are not free to extend the overall fact discovery deadline without Court approval. Nonetheless, treating this submission as a request for an extension, and in light of the parties' additional production, the Court agre es that an extension is warranted and extends the fact discovery deadline to November 29, 2026. The parties shall file a subsequent joint status letter by no later than September 30, 2026. SO ORDERED. (Amended Pleadings due by 8/24/2026., Deposition due by 10/30/2026.
