   MINUTE ORDER (IN CHAMBERS) AMENDED ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW (DKT. No. 202). by Judge Michelle Williams Court: On June 24, 2026, the Court issued an order granting Defendant's counsel's motion to withdraw. See Dkt. No. 206. The prior order erroneously granted the motion effective immediately upon the order's issuance. The Court withdraws that order and issues this Amended Order, to replace and supersede the Court's prior order. The Court, having considered the Motion of Sage Sepahi and Sage Law APC to Withdraw as Counsel of Record, and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. Attorney Sage Sepahi and Sage Law APC are relieved as counsel of record for Defendants Behnam Rafalian, Roya Akhavan, and Soil Pacific, Inc. The withdrawal shall become effective upon the earlier of (1) substitution of counsel or (2) entry of final judgment. Defendants shall have thirty (30) days from the date of this Order to retain substitute counsel. Soil Pacific, Inc., as a corporate entity, may appear in this Court only through licensed counsel. Upon the effectiveness of this Order, Defendants shall be responsible for complying with all deadlines in this action, including any deadlines for post-trial motions or for filing a notice of appeal, unless and until substitute counsel appears.
