STIPULATION TO EXTEND TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT AND MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED and AGREED by and between Plaintiff VCI Global Limited ("VCI") and Defendant Boustead Securities, LLC ("Boustead"), pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b) that: 1. Boustead's time to respond to VCI's Motion for Prelimina1y Injunction to Stay FINRA Arbitrntion (the "Motion"; ECF No. 9) served July 8, 2026, shall be extended to August 31, 2026; 2. VCI's time to submit a reply in support of the Motion shall be extended to September 30, 2026; and 3. Deadlines pertaining to Boustead's response to the Complaint (ECF No. 1) shall be stayed until a determination on the Motion is rendered unless othe1wise ordered by the Court. 4. Good cause exists for the agreed extensions due to counsel scheduling conflicts, VCI's counsel 's upcoming surge1y scheduled for August 2026 and the Jewish holidays. 5. This is the first such requested stipulation. No other extensions have been requested. 6. This stipulation or extension does not constitute a waiver of any claim, right or SO ORDERED.
