Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to collect pay data from employers required to file EEO-1 forms for the year 2018 by Sept. 30, 2019. This ruling was a victory for several advocacy groups that challenged the Trump administration's action that initiated a recent review and stay of the pay data collection efforts.  . . .
