By Jeff Sistrunk ( August 12, 2016, 8:11 PM EDT) -- Tesoro urged the Fifth Circuit Friday to rethink its ruling that an AIG unit doesn't have to cover part of the company's $90 million loss because of forged letters of credit that allegedly induced it to transfer petroleum to a customer, arguing that a jury should be allowed to hear evidence on whether Tesoro relied on the forgeries. . . .
