After carefully reviewing more than 1,400 submissions for the Rising Star distinction, our team of editors arrived at the list of Rising Stars hailing from more than 80 law firms and spanning 38 practice areas. Winners were selected based on their career accomplishments in their respective disciplines.

Latham & Watkins LLP took the top spot this year with 10 Rising Stars, followed by Kirkland & Ellis LLP with eight, and Covington & Burling LLP, Jones Day and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP with six apiece. Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Holland & Knight LLP, Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, Ropes & Gray LLP and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP rounded out the group with five Rising Stars each.
