The same day in Sacramento four more were killed or wounded. For a 16th time President Barack Obama decried the "easy accessibility of weapons of war" and recurring violence as "not normal," saying "enough is enough." Days later a San Bernardino employee and his wife burst in on a party, killing 14 and wounding 21 co-workers. Though linked to terrorism, their assault rifles and semiautomatic handguns were bought locally. And it is the only terrorism act out of 355 mass shootings (killing three or more) to that point in the year, recurring once a day....
