Real Estate Rumors: NP, New York Met, Henderson Land

The construction loan is for Gables Station, which is slated to have 125,000 square feet of retail space, 434 apartments, 66 extended-stay hotel rooms and roughly 1,000 parking spaces, the Journal said. The property is being built on a 4.3-acre site on U.S. Highway 1, according to the report....
