By Benjamin Horney ( March 31, 2015, 8:39 PM EDT) -- Cable provider Cablevision Systems Corp. plans to offer to buy the New York Daily News for only $1, Reuters reported on Tuesday, and the more-than-lowball offer could come as soon as later this week. According to the report, Cablevision's offer comes about a month after the owner of the Daily News said a sale might be necessary, tapping Lazard Ltd. to help with the process. The Daily News is reportedly losing $30 million annually....
