Negotiations between the Silicon Valley companies kicked off about a month ago, and have recently settled into discussions over a prospective purchase price. A 10-figure buyout would come on the heels of Facebook Inc.'s blockbuster $1 billion acquisition of photo-sharing app Instagram last year....
