Campbell's position was straightforward: Danisa cookies are neither Danish nor made from butter. In fact, Campbell argued, its competitor's cookies are made in Indonesia — with shortening. NAD, the advertising industry's self-regulatory forum, agreed with Campbell and recommended the packaging claims be discontinued....
