By Andrew McIntyre ( October 12, 2016, 5:12 PM EDT) -- Modell's Sporting Goods has reached a deal to lease 17,500 square feet in Harlem from Thor Equities LLC, Commercial Observer reported on Tuesday. The deal is for space at 135 E. 125th St., a 45,000-square-foot building that Thor bought earlier this year, according to the report. Modell's also has a location at 300 W. 125th St. and will keep that location, Commercial Observer said....
