There is an ideological divide permeating the legal and business industries fueled by the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality on one end and the unapologetic tenacity of a new generation of business leaders seeking to infuse new values into the workplace and reshape the way business is done. While some of the more adventurous and inquisitive lawyers express a hesitant interest in cracking the mysterious "Millennial Code," others intentionally disregard this generation and continue to navigate their careers through familiar and traditional channels. As millennials secure a greater share of the business market and assume leadership positions, experienced lawyers have an opportunity to create dynamic and sustainable business relationships with emerging business owners.
